In order to access and use certain areas or features of the Platform, including requesting services from Providers or providing services as a Provider through the marketplace, you will need to create an account. A Account: “Individual Account” may be opened by any user who signs up for an account at Tiroeteng and through such User Account will have access to this types of sub-accounts Client, Freelancer and Candidate and they will also have access resources and content generated by other Users. Users may create a “Company Account”, which is aimed at representing collaborative work and services. Company can also become a Client or Freelancer on the Platform. By creating an account, you agree to (i) provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself as necessary, (ii) maintain and promptly update from time to time as necessary your account information, (iii) maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide to us, and (iv) immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to your account. In creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of Botswana or any other applicable jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false or misleading.
Communication Preferences: By creating an Account, you also consent to receive electronic communications from Us (e.g., via email or by posting notices to the Platform). These communications may include notices about your Account (e.g., password changes, updates and other transactional information) and are part of your relationship with Us. Account Access and Security: Also, you are, and will be solely responsible for, all of the activity that occurs through your Account, so please keep your password and Tiroeteng Account information secure. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third-party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Tiroeteng Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Tiroeteng of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your Tiroeteng Account. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with this clause, or for any delay in shutting down or protecting your Tiroeteng Account after you have reported unauthorized access to us. We reserve the right to suspend the provision of the Services or any part thereof, if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your Account, whether made by you or another person using your Account. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your Account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content from the Platform if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
JOB SERVICE
The tiroeteng platform allows people or companies to upload the jobs (piece job, custom job, vacancies and tenders) or announcements on the website. The service is subscription based where users will pay monthly for the service .It is the responsibility of each party to ensure that the information provided is accurate and intended for this platform, and unauthorized information will not be published. The user will be responsible for writing and editing the content to be displayed. You are responsible for supplying appropriate information that is not harmful to sensitive viewers.
Communication services
The Services may contain comment sections, chat areas, reviews, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with other users such as more information about the job (piece job, custom job, vacancies, and tenders) being displayed, you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Communication Service, you will not:
User Content
You may generate content, written or otherwise, while using the Platform ("User Content"). You acknowledge and agree that your User Content may be used, reproduced, displayed, modified, deleted, added to, adapted, and published by us (for example, in advertising and product marketing campaigns). You thereby grant Us and our successors a worldwide, irrevocable, transferrable, sub-licensable, fully paid, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, modify, delete from, add to, adapt, publish, and prepare derivative works from your User Content. INTERACTION WITH OTHER USERS
We cannot and do not verify the identity of Users of the Services or the accuracy of any information that Users provide. You are solely responsible for determining the identity and suitability of the other Users with whom you interact when using the Services. We do not investigate or verify any user’s or member’s reputation, conduct, morality, criminal background, or any information Users may submit to the Services. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Users of the Services.
You agree that in conjunction with your use of the Services, you will maintain safe and appropriate contact with other Users and other people in the real world. You will not harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. You will not trespass, or in any manner attempt to gain or gain access to any property or location where you do not have a right or permission to be and will not otherwise engage in any activity that may result in injury, death, property damage, nuisance, or liability of any kind. If you have a dispute with any third party relating to your use of Services, you release Tiroeteng (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected, and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
THIRD PARTY LOGIN & REGISTRATION
If you register with the Platform by using your Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other related accounts (individually, as a “Third Party Account”) login information, you authorize us to access and use certain Third-Party Account information, including, but not limited to, any of your Third-Party Account public profile and other information such as the profiles of Facebook friends or Instagram followers you might share in common with other Users. Please note that if your Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or if our access to such an account is terminated by the third-party Host, the Third-Party Account content will no longer be available on or through the Services. You have the ability to disable the connection between your Account and Your Third-Party Account, at any time. Your relationship with such Third-Party Hosts associated with your Third-Party Accounts is governed solely by your Agreement(s) with such Third-Party Hosts. We make no effort to review any Third-Party Account content for any purpose, including, but not limited to, for accuracy, legality or non-infringement, and We are not responsible for any Third-Party Account content.
JOB PROCESS
When a user (freelancer) accepts the job, She/He must do the job without failure. The user can request additional information about the job from the client. After the client has offered the job, the job post will be temporarily removed from the system until the job is done. The client or the company can write a review and rate the freelancer based on how the job was being done. The client has the right to re-activate the post if the job was not done correctly. Payment of the job being done is the responsibility of both parties, tiroeteng.co.bw is not authorized to accept payments on behalf of freelancers.
ADVERTISING
The tiroeteng Advertising Platform is intended to provide a means for organizations of all sizes and budgets to promote their products and services. As an advertiser on the Platform, it is solely your responsibility to ensure that each of your advertisements and materials complies with all applicable laws and regulations
By submitting advertisements to the Platform, you authorize tiroeteng to place your advertisements, materials, and related technology on any content or property provided by tiroeteng. You remain solely responsible for any trafficking or targeting decisions, for destinations or landing pages related to your advertisements, and for the advertised products and services themselves. You will not use the Platform to disseminate malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
To ensure consistency with the requirements of the Platform, tiroeteng may make certain formatting changes to your advertisements, including, but not limited to, changes to size, placement, and positioning.
When you use the self-service interface to submit an advertisement and order its insertion on the Platform you may include the maximum amount you want to spend and the start and any end date of your campaign. Once your advertisement is approved it will be displayed on the Platform.
Tiroeteng does not guarantee in every instance that your advertisement will reach intended users with your brand criteria.
PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any services (subscription/ advertisement) made available through the platform, you will be asked to supply accurate information relevant to your service purchase. The payment will be made through a third-party payment gateway. The bank details will be provided on their website.
TAXESListed fees for the Services do not include any applicable sales, use, revenue, excise or other taxes imposed by any taxing authority, unless otherwise provided. Any applicable taxes will be added to your invoice as a separate charge to be paid by you. All fees are non-refundable when paid unless otherwise stated.
FRAUDIt is a violation of this Agreement for you to misuse or fraudulently use credit cards, charge cards, electronic funds transfers, electronic checks, or any other payment method. We may report any such misuse or fraudulent use, as determined in our sole discretion, to governmental and law enforcement authorities, credit reporting services, financial institutions and/or credit card companies.

PRICE CHANGEThe Company reserves the right to change prices, the daily payment amount, or the weekly payment amount at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ notice before charging you with any price change. It is your sole responsibility to periodically review billing information provided by us through the user billing tool or through other methods of communication, including notices sent or posted by us.
We stand behind our product /service and your satisfaction is important to us. If you want to cancel your service, we will refund you the remaining days that you have paid for or in case of the advert and we would refund the remaining months if you purchased a yearly subscription. It will take 1 - 3 weeks to process your refund depending on your location.
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITESOur Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by tiroeteng pty ltd.
Tiroeteng has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that tiroeteng shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
CHANGESWe reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
